📌 Scope of Policy

This policy applies to all service categories including:

  • Skilled Migration Services

  • International Job Offers

Please note that due to the nature of our consultancy services, “returns” refer to cancellation or withdrawal of services, and do not involve return of physical goods.

📝 Refund Scenarios

Case 1: Visa Rejection (Without Appeal or Resubmission)

If your visa is refused and you choose not to appeal or resubmit, the following conditions apply:

  • Non-refundable: Government charges, third-party expenses, and 20%–30% of professional service fees.

  • Refundable balance: Processed to your designated bank account within 45–60 working days, post-verification.

Case 2: Visa Rejection with Appeal or Resubmission

Should you opt to appeal or reapply, GTIC will:

  • Cover 100% of the reprocessing costs

  • Charge no additional fees, provided the original agreement remains valid and active

Case 3: Client-Initiated Withdrawal

If you voluntarily cancel services or terminate your agreement after the first installment or file opening:

  • A fixed administrative and service charge will apply

  • The balance refund will be processed within 45–60 working days, based on services rendered

📃 General Terms & Conditions

  1. Written Request: All refund requests must be made in writing to refund@globetrekimmigration.com.

  2. No Refund will be granted in cases involving:

    • Fraudulent documentation

    • False information or misrepresentation

    • Breach of agreement by the client

  3. Bank Transfer Only: Refunds will only be processed via bank transfer. Cash payments or in-person disbursements are not allowed.

  4. Refund Delays May Occur due to:

    • Incomplete or incorrect banking details

    • Force majeure events (natural disasters, legal restrictions, etc.)

    • Internal disputes or pending compliance review
