2. Acceptance of These Terms

If you are using our services on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the necessary authority to provide information and communicate with GTIC on that person’s behalf.

4. No Guarantee of Outcome
GTIC does not guarantee the approval or success of any application unless an express written agreement specifically states otherwise.
GTIC cannot guarantee:
- University or college admission
- Scholarship approval
- Student visa approval
- Skilled migration invitation
- State or regional nomination
- Skills assessment approval
- Immigration visa approval
- Permanent residency
- Citizenship
- Investment approval
- Business approval
- Investment returns
- Processing time
- Government decisions
- Embassy or consulate decisions
All final decisions are made by the relevant third-party authority or organization.
Any information provided by GTIC regarding possible outcomes is based on information and requirements available at the relevant time and should not be interpreted as a guarantee.
5. Study Services
GTIC may assist clients with educational opportunities in various international destinations.
Study-related services may include:
- Course and institution guidance
- University or college application assistance
- Application documentation

- Scholarship guidance
- SOP assistance

- Visa documentation support
- Interview preparation

5.1 Admission Decisions
Admission decisions are made solely by the relevant educational institution.
GTIC cannot guarantee admission, conditional admission, scholarship, tuition discount, or a specific course outcome.
5.2 Scholarship
Scholarships, tuition reductions, grants, and financial awards are determined by the relevant university, college, government, or scholarship provider.
GTIC does not guarantee that a client will receive a scholarship.
5.3 Visa Applications
Visa applications are subject to the requirements and decisions of the relevant immigration authority, embassy, consulate, or government department.
GTIC may assist with preparation and documentation but does not control the final visa decision.
5.4 Course or Institution Changes
Course availability, tuition fees, admission requirements, scholarship conditions, application deadlines, and institutional policies may change without prior notice.
GTIC may recommend an alternative institution, course, or pathway where appropriate.
6. Skilled Migration Services
GTIC may provide consultancy and application support for skilled migration pathways.
Services may include:
- Initial eligibility assessment
- Points assessment

- State or regional nomination guidance

6.1 Eligibility
Eligibility is determined based on the applicant’s individual circumstances and the requirements of the relevant immigration program.
Assessment results may change if the applicant provides additional information, documents, or updated circumstances.
6.2 Skills Assessment
Skills assessments are conducted by the relevant assessing authority.
GTIC may assist with documentation and application preparation but cannot guarantee a positive assessment outcome.
6.3 Invitation and Nomination
Submitting an EOI or other expression of interest does not guarantee an invitation or nomination.
Invitation rounds, occupation requirements, points thresholds, quotas, state or regional criteria, and government policies may change at any time.
7. Investment Services
GTIC may provide consultancy regarding investment and investment-migration pathways.
Investment-related services may include:
- Initial consultation
- Eligibility assessment
- Program information
- Investment pathway guidance
- Documentation assistance
- Application coordination
- Residency or citizenship pathway guidance where legally applicable
- Communication and coordination with relevant third parties
7.1 No Investment Guarantee
GTIC does not guarantee:
- Investment approval
- Residency approval
- Citizenship approval
- Business approval
- Investment profitability
- Capital appreciation
- Financial returns
- Liquidity
- A specific processing time
Investment decisions involve financial and regulatory considerations, and clients should obtain appropriate independent legal, financial, tax, or investment advice where necessary.
7.2 Third-Party Investments
Where a client invests money directly with a third-party provider, fund, business, financial institution, developer, or other entity, that transaction is separate from GTIC’s consultancy service.
GTIC is not the owner or custodian of third-party investment funds unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
The terms governing the investment will be determined by the relevant third-party agreement.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, authentic, and current information.
The client must:
- Provide genuine documents.
- Provide complete information.
- Disclose relevant information that may affect the application.
- Respond to GTIC communications within reasonable deadlines.
- Attend required appointments.
- Complete required forms accurately.
- Pay applicable fees on time.
- Follow instructions provided by GTIC and relevant authorities.
- Inform GTIC of changes to personal circumstances.
- Inform GTIC of previous visa refusals, immigration history, legal matters, education history, employment history, or other information relevant to the application where required.
- Review documents before submission.
- Notify GTIC immediately if any information submitted on their behalf is inaccurate.
The client remains ultimately responsible for the information contained in their application.
9. False, Misleading, or Fraudulent Information
GTIC has a zero-tolerance approach toward fraudulent documentation and intentional misrepresentation.
Clients must not provide:
- Fake documents
- Forged certificates
- Altered bank statements
- False employment documents
- False academic records
- Misleading financial information
- Misrepresented immigration history
- False personal information
- Any other fraudulent or misleading material
If GTIC reasonably believes that a client has provided false, fraudulent, or misleading information, GTIC may:
- Suspend services
- Refuse to submit an application
- Terminate the service relationship
- Notify relevant parties where legally required
- Retain fees for services already performed, subject to applicable law and agreements
GTIC will not knowingly prepare or submit fraudulent information.
10. Documents and Verification
GTIC may review documents supplied by clients for application-support purposes.
However, document review does not necessarily constitute an independent forensic verification of authenticity.
Where required, GTIC may request:
- Original documents
- Certified copies
- Translations
- Verification
- Additional evidence
- Updated documents
The client is responsible for ensuring that all documents supplied to GTIC are genuine and legally obtained.
11. Fees and Payments
All professional fees must be paid according to the applicable quotation, invoice, service agreement, or payment schedule.
Fees may include:
- Consultancy fees
- Application-processing fees
- Professional service fees
- Documentation fees
- Administrative fees
- Other agreed service charges
Unless expressly stated otherwise, GTIC fees do not automatically include third-party charges.
12. Third-Party Fees
Clients may be required to pay separate fees to:

- Embassies
- Consulates
- Universities
- Colleges
- Skills assessment authorities
- Medical providers
- Insurance providers
- Translation providers
- Courier companies
- Biometrics providers
- Financial institutions

Third-party fees are governed by the terms of the relevant third party.
GTIC does not control third-party fees, refund policies, processing times, or decisions.
13. Taxes, Bank Charges, and Transaction Fees
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the client is responsible for applicable:

- Payment gateway charges
- International transaction charges
- Currency conversion costs
- Taxes or government charges
- Other transaction-related costs
Where applicable, such charges may be deducted from a refund.
14. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by GTIC’s separate Refund & Return Policy and any applicable service agreement.
Professional service fees may become non-refundable once GTIC has commenced substantive work.
Third-party fees are subject to the relevant third party’s refund policy.
A refusal by a university, immigration authority, embassy, assessing authority, government department, or other third party does not automatically entitle the client to a refund of GTIC’s professional fees.

15. Service Commencement
A service may be considered commenced when GTIC begins substantive work, including but not limited to:
- Profile assessment
- University research
- Application preparation
- Document review
- SOP preparation or review
- Skills assessment preparation
- EOI preparation
- Application submission
- Visa documentation preparation
- Investment pathway assessment
- Case management
- Communication with third parties on behalf of the client
Once services have commenced, cancellation and refund eligibility may be affected.
16. Application Submission
Before an application is submitted, clients may be required to review and confirm the accuracy of relevant information.
Once an application has been submitted, changes may require additional procedures, fees, or third-party approval.
GTIC will not knowingly submit information that the client has identified as false or inaccurate.
17. Processing Times
Any processing time communicated by GTIC is an estimate unless expressly confirmed by the relevant authority.
Processing times may be affected by:
- Government workload
- University processing
- Embassy workload
- Security checks
- Background checks
- Additional document requests
- Policy changes
- Application complexity
- Third-party delays
- Technical problems
- Other circumstances outside GTIC’s control
GTIC does not guarantee a specific processing time.
18. Changes in Government or Institutional Policies
Immigration, education, investment, and visa policies may change without prior notice.
Changes may include:

GTIC will not knowingly request a client’s password through unsecured communication channels.
31. Complaints
GTIC aims to resolve client concerns professionally and fairly.
Clients should first submit their complaint directly to GTIC with:

- Contact information
- Service type
- Application reference, if applicable
- Description of the complaint
- Relevant supporting documents
GTIC may review the matter and provide a response within a reasonable period.
Where appropriate, GTIC may request additional information before reaching a decision.
32. Limitation of Liability

33. Indirect or Consequential Loss
To the extent permitted by applicable law, GTIC will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of its website or services.

This provision does not apply to losses caused by GTIC’s own unlawful conduct or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
35. Termination of Services
GTIC may suspend or terminate services where:

- The client fails to make required payments.
- The client provides false or fraudulent information.
- The client engages in abusive, threatening, or unlawful conduct.
- Continuing the service would create legal or regulatory concerns.
- The client repeatedly fails to provide required documents.
- The client fails to cooperate with reasonable requests.
- The relevant service or immigration pathway becomes unavailable.
- Continued representation is no longer reasonably possible.
The client’s refund rights following termination will be determined according to the Refund & Return Policy and applicable service agreement.
36. Client-Initiated Termination
A client may request termination of services by providing written notice to GTIC.
Termination does not automatically entitle the client to a refund.
Any refund will be determined according to:
- Services already completed
- Fees already incurred
- Third-party payments
- Applicable administrative costs
- The relevant service agreement
- GTIC’s Refund & Return Policy
- Applicable law
37. Conflict of Interest
GTIC may refuse to accept or continue a matter where it reasonably determines that a conflict of interest exists.
Where a conflict becomes apparent after engagement, GTIC may take appropriate steps, including terminating or modifying the engagement where permitted by law.
38. No Legal, Tax, or Financial Advice Unless Expressly Agreed
GTIC’s standard consultancy services should not automatically be interpreted as:
- Legal advice
- Tax advice

- Accounting advice

- Regulated legal representation
Clients should seek advice from appropriately qualified professionals where their circumstances require specialized legal, tax, financial, or investment advice.

41. Force Majeure
GTIC shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from circumstances reasonably beyond its control, including:

- Civil unrest

- Banking disruptions

constitute the applicable contractual framework governing the relationship between GTIC and the client, subject to applicable law.
Where there is a conflict between documents, the specific written service agreement may govern the particular service to the extent permitted by law.
46. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh, unless a separate written agreement or applicable mandatory law requires otherwise.
Any dispute should initially be addressed through good-faith communication between the parties.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it may be referred to the appropriate court or dispute-resolution mechanism having lawful jurisdiction.
47. Dispute Resolution
Before commencing formal legal proceedings, clients are encouraged to contact GTIC and provide a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.
The parties should make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes through:
- Direct communication;
- Internal complaint review;
- Negotiation or mutually agreed resolution; and
- Appropriate legal or dispute-resolution procedures where necessary.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from exercising a legal right or remedy that cannot lawfully be restricted.
48. Age and Legal Capacity
Individuals engaging GTIC services must have the legal capacity required to enter into an agreement under applicable law.
Where an applicant is under the applicable legal age or requires parental/guardian consent for a particular service or transaction, GTIC may require appropriate authorization or documentation from a parent, guardian, or legally authorized person.
49. Marketing and Promotional Content
GTIC may publish general information, testimonials, success stories, educational content, promotional campaigns, and other marketing materials.
Any individual results described in promotional materials are examples and should not be interpreted as a guarantee that another client will achieve the same outcome.
Client testimonials may only be used in accordance with applicable permissions and privacy requirements.
50. Success Stories
Past results do not guarantee future results.
Immigration, admission, scholarship, skilled migration, and investment outcomes depend on each applicant’s individual circumstances and the requirements applicable at the time of application.
51. Website Content and Copyright
All original GTIC website content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
