Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between Globe Trek Immigration Consultancy (GTIC) and its clients seeking services related to Study Abroad, Skilled Migration, and International Job Offers. By enrolling in any of our programs, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
1. Authenticity of Documentation
All applicants are required to submit complete, accurate, and verifiable documentation. GTIC upholds a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of misrepresentation, falsification, or omission. Any breach will result in immediate termination of services without refund, and may impact your application status with third-party institutions (e.g., universities, embassies, or employers).
2. Payment Terms & Conditions
Clients must adhere to the prescribed payment schedule for the selected service package. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in:
Delay or suspension of ongoing processing
Withholding of documents or credentials
Cancellation of booked services related to Study Abroad, Skilled Migration, or Job Offers
Final documents will only be released upon confirmation of full payment.
3. Service Delivery Scope
GTIC offers end-to-end support for clients pursuing:
Study Abroad opportunities including Study in UK, Study in Europe, Study in USA, Study in Australia, Study in Malaysia
Skilled Migration programs to top destinations
Job Offers and global career assistance
We provide professional consulting, documentation support, visa file guidance, and pre/post-arrival advice. However, GTIC does not guarantee outcomes such as visa issuance, admission, job placement, or scholarship awards, as these are determined solely by external authorities.
4. Final Documentation Release
All final deliverables—such as University Offer Letters, Confirmation of Enrolment, Visa Grants, and Employment Letters—will be released only upon full and final settlement of dues.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds, where applicable, are subject to the following:
Formal written request from the client
Internal assessment of service stage completed
Deductions based on administrative and processing efforts already rendered
Refunds are processed within 45 to 60 working days, excluding weekends and official holidays. Refund approval is not automatic and remains at the sole discretion of the GTIC Management.
6. Contractual Commitment
Upon payment and initiation of services, the engagement becomes contractually binding, regardless of subsequent outcomes (including visa denial or voluntary withdrawal). Fees paid are non-transferable and non-refundable beyond the conditions outlined.
7. Terms Modification
GTIC reserves the right to revise, update, or amend these Terms & Conditions as necessitated by regulatory, legal, or operational requirements. All active clients will be notified in advance of any material changes.
8. Data Privacy & Confidentiality
All personal information and documentation shared with GTIC will be treated with strict confidentiality and used solely for official processing purposes, in line with applicable data protection and privacy laws. Your data will never be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except when required for processing your application.
9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any disagreement or dispute, both parties agree to first seek resolution through mutual discussion and negotiation. Should a satisfactory outcome not be reached, the matter will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GTIC operates (Bangladesh).
